- Be a practicing Roman Catholic, who is Irish or of Irish descent through either parent, or who is legally adopted by such.
- Be between 16 and 23 years of age.
- Never have been married and is childless.
- Have completed the official Biographical form and submit a $20.00 entry fee along with it.
- Have submitted all entry forms by Friday, February 10, 2023, to the chairperson: Maureen Kelly – 313.475.7405.
- Appear before the committee for an interview on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the AOH Hall. Program is Saturday, February 18, 2023

PROGRAM JUDGING

Basis of Selection: | Application, personality, knowledge of Irish heritage, poise and appearance. |
Selection Process: | A panel of independent judges will select three applicants for the positions of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. |
